Post placement of order, the order is confirmed, processed and shipped by Yaantra as per the details provided by customer at the time of placement of order. Yaantra’s delivery partners ensure the safe and timely delivery of products.
As a customer, Yaantra gives you flexibility to cancel your order any time before shipment or any time before delivery of product. You may choose to cancel the order from My Orders section.
Under rare circumstances (listed below), Yaantra may cancel customer’s order:
Product went out of stock
Restrictions on the number of products you can order, as per Terms & Conditions of any Offer/Discount
Incorrect pricing or description of the product
Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department
Incorrect or Incomplete customer Address
Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners.
1. How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it is not shipped. Please login to your Yaantra account for initiating the cancellation & follow the given process:
Sign-In -> My Account -> Order History -> Cancellation Request
2. Can I modify/add quantity to my order?
Once an order has been placed, you cannot make any changes in the order quantity. However, Yaantra gives you flexibility to cancel your order and placed a revised one, or if you want to add more quantities in your order, you can place a new order which will be shipped along with or separately to your shipping address.
3. When will I get my refund of money in case of cancelled order?
If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you within 10 working days.
